If you make a mistake, want to add or change anything after clicking the "Submit Profile" button below, you can Click on your "BACK" button to return to the form and make the changes.  If you decide later, you will need to resubmit the form in it's entirety as an UPDATE if it has already been posted to this site. The LAST form submitted is the one that will appear as your Profile. You ALWAYS need to provide your "Class Year", "First Name", "Last Name" and "Profile #" on any correspondence. Otherwise there is no way to identify you and nothing will happen.

Profile Information will be contained on a profile page within your Class Roster for viewing.  Other than for your "NCHS Class of", "First Name" and "Last Name", everything else is optional.
